Project Overview
For Tiger Hu’s multi-city live concert tour across major arenas in China (including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Tianjin, and Nanjing), YZDITEC delivered a highly repeatable stage automation system. Utilizing 20× TÜV-certified C1 smart servo hoists alongside two Black Warrior show control consoles, the setup drove kinetic overhead rigging and synchronized multi-level floor-lifts with exceptional reliability night after night.
1.Dual-Console Architecture & Dynamic Rigging
The system deployed two independent consoles to split spatial operational loads:

To streamline touring efficiency, the venue setups relied on our 3D simulation software for full offline pre-visualization, ensuring exact motion-cue translation at every tour stop.

2.Cross-Vendor Compatibility & Multi-City Tour Repeatability
A major technical obstacle during the tour was integrating third-party ground lifts into our control workflow. Using standardized EtherCAT ESI device profile files, the Black Warrior console seamlessly patched into external drives—enabling unified control over 7 multi-tiered lift stages without replacing hardware.
This cross-vendor compatibility, paired with absolute positioning encoders, eliminated the need for repetitive zero-point homing during load-ins. Across every city on the tour, operators simply reloaded pre-programmed cue files into the stage automation console, achieving identical, rock-solid execution with zero timing drift.
