Project Overview

A permanent 10-panel LED rotation display installed at a high-traffic intersection in Jakarta — one of the city's most exposed public-facing locations. Each panel rotates independently on a vertical axis, sequenced to produce a continuous piano-key wave across the full facade.

The Technical Demand

With only 8 mm of clearance between adjacent panels, there is no margin for calibration error. At that gap, positional drift is visible — to every commuter, every cycle, every day. Each axis also carries a 160 kg structural load, making precision a mechanical requirement, not just a programming target.

System Deployed

YZDITEC supplied motorised vertical-axis rotation units, each independently addressable and synchronised through the Black Warrior control platform. Angular position feedback maintains each axis within ±1° of its programmed target throughout continuous operation.
