97-Channel Motion Integration —Thirteen Wolves NightClub Venue Project

We recently delivered a motion project for an Nightclub Venue, integrating track screens, retractable stages, high-speed transparent lifts, and floating ring systems — all designed to match the client’s visual direction and thematic concept.

Technical Challenges

• Combining multiple mechanical types (track-opening panels, concealed screw-lift DJ decks, high-speed transparent lifts, and multi-point ring swings) into one synchronized show.

• Ensuring smooth long-stroke travel and precise choreography across 97 motion channels.

• Creating ripple/wave lighting effects from 80 high-speed lifts while maintaining safety and collision avoidance.

Our Solution

We delivered four synchronized track-opening panels on an 11 m track (precision synchronized carriage drives, linear guides, proportional motion profiles, and integrated safety interlocks for reliable opening/closing). Two concealed screw-lift DJ platforms use compact lead/ball-screw drives with guided columns, self-locking retraction, low-noise operation, and mechanical safety locks to fully retract flush into the floor. Eighty transparent lift units (0.8 m/s, customizable) were grouped and offline-programmed to produce wave/ripple visual sequences, then run in real time from a single automation console.
All motion was pre-validated in our 3D simulation environment and controlled via the console for smooth, music-synced presentation.
